My name is Tanya, I live what I love and that is health and fitness. The strength training class that I teach was an idea I had and implemented in a physical rehab center. It has grown from one class to three (which is all the hours in the day allows). There is a waiting list to get in and I feel that is because I truly have a passion for what we are doing. I recently added yoga to what I teach. It is a great balance between that high intensity of weights and staying grounded.
I competed in a fitness competition in Oct 2006. It was an amazing experience.
I strongly encourage a lifestyle that supports fitness, meaning nutrition and rest.
It is amazing how many things you can accomplish in a day when you are living up to your energy potential.
