Brenda Sanders

Brenda Sexton Sanders has been training and practicing in the t'ai chi/stress reduction field for over 9 years. As a certified biofeedback specialist, and a "Silver Eagle" Level II Yang style t'ai chi instructor, she specializes in stress management and relaxation therapy -- through stillness (biofeedback) as well as through movement (Yang Style T'ai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong) -- for adults and adolescents who have stress-related illnesses, sleep issues, chronic pain, anxiety disorders or rheumatoid arthritis. For the physically fit, her therapies are most useful when incorporated into your fitness routine, as each therapy brings a heightened awareness of one's physical, mental and emotional state. Learning to master one's own 'stress response' to control the body's autonomic responses is the focus of her teaching. Classes are fun, informative and relaxing! They can be as short as a brown-bag 'lunch & learn' or expand to a full weekend retreat.
