As the owner of 80/20 Lifestyle Studio in Halifax, Kim believes that no matter what your fitness goals are, it comes down to 80% nutrition and 20% training. She works closely with her clients to ensure that they are making lifestyle changes that will provide them with lasting success. As a former competitive gymnast who has gained and subsequently lost 40 pounds, she understands the weight loss battle and has gone on to become a gold medal triathlete in her 30's. She loves what she does and helping people in their personal journey towards improved health.
