Three years ago, Aveia Anderson sought exercise and healthy eating habits as the cure for stress and her struggle with weight gain. She surrounded herself with motivating group exercise instructors and fitness enthusiasts. After only three months of discipline and commitment to her workout plan, she dropped 20 pounds and gained confidence. Her goal was accomplished. Although her goal was accomplished, exercise became a habit and a part of her daily life. One morning she had an awakening. She discovered that fitness was her passion and her purpose or calling in life is to promote healthy lifestyles and design workouts to meet the individual needs of others. Aveia's quest began when she enrolled in instructor training at 24 Hour Fitness. She then began teaching group exercise classes at gyms across the Dallas Metroplex. Later she received her Group Exercise Leadership Certification through Cooper Aerobics Institute. Aveia continues to read and attend fitness workshops to enhance her knowledge of fitness and health. Aveia feels that the greatest reward is to see a smile on a clients face and share in the joy of them achieving a goal. Aveia lives by the following motto "It's not about me; It's about the lives that I touch through my passion for fitness".
