I have been teaching group fitness for 10 years and LOVE every minute of it. I also am a fitness role model outside the studio to friends, family and coworkers. I encourage and practice a fitness and a healthy lifestyle whenever and wherever I go (walk/bike to work and stores, play with your kids, walk your dogs etc). I've always been into all kinds of sports that my Jeep has become a used sporting goods store. I feel younger now than I did 10 years ago. I love learning new techniques, classes and am inspired by other instructors and try to learn from them as much as possible (to keep classes fresh). I am a personal trainer and run many small group bootcamps per week. I teach an average of 6-9 classes a week and participate frequently in mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, tennis, golf, and softball. I would love the challenge of being a travel instructor.
