I began to practice yoga when I was in college earning an undergraduate degree. I found the benefits of calming my mind and relaxing my body to be very valuable during those years. I have continued to appreciate the growth I receive through my yoga practice during all the changes and transitions of my life, including pregnancy child birth and a car accident in addition to aging to my 38 years.
I love yoga and desire to explore the different layers of the practice as I grow as a teacher and student.
As my family grows and my personal time begins to increase I plan to seek additional training and teaching opportunities.
