Ellen Vriend

Ellen is a Register Yoga Therapist RYT200. Ellen's training include the study of Hatha Yoga, including Scriptural Study, Chanting, Philosophy, Ethics & Lifestyle, Practium, Yoga Anatomy, Kinesiology, Theraputics, Teaching Methodology, Pregnancy Yoga, Chair Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Her Primary style of teaching is a smooth Vinyasa Flow. 

Ellen is a Trained and Certified Level 2 Mat and Reformer STOTT PILATES Instructor, trained in Injury and Special Populations and Pilates for Neurological Conditions.  Ellen has continued her Pilates education taking several workshops and courses including, Pilates on the Barrel and Stability Chair, Pre/Post Natal, Athletic Conditioning, Pilates for Golfers.  Ellen actively continues her education to increase her knowledge and provide her clients with new and exciting techniques and exercises. 

To enhance you vacation experience, Ellen's classes will leave you feeling stronger, and more flexible.  This is a great way to start your day whether you're touring around, golfing or relaxing by the pool.  Ellens classes are designed for all fitness levels.
