About two years ago, I was 5'9", 204 lbs, wearing a size 16. I have been working out consistently over 2 years and now am a size 8 (still working toward a 6).
I now teach up to 10 classes a week! 7 of them cycle, and I teach cardio/strength/boot camp style classes...I also have several full time personal training clients!!
I am all about fitness and I love what I do!!
