Kate Snyder

I am thirty-six years old and I am married and a mother of two children from Bloomsburg, PA. I graduated in July of 2008 with a 250 hr Yoga Teacher Certification from Mt. Nittany Institute of Natural Health in State College, PA. I currently teach two days a week for an hour each day at the Bloomsburg Sportsplex. Yoga is what grounds me and keeps life peaceful and balanced for me. I love being able to give that gift to others through teaching! Namaste!
