I have always been an athletic , active person from sports to dance & fitness. In 2000 I decided I needed more than the corporate life I had been leading so I got certified as a personal trainer & took some nutrition classes at the local junior college. I started with working part-time at a private gym before & after my corp job. I loved training clients one on one so much that I also picked up private clients doiong in-home training. I was getting burned out on all the hours & finally quit my corp job of 10 years to pursue my passion of personal training full time. I love building clients confidence & educating them for their continued health & fitness. Now that I am a mom of two the fitness life style fits in to my schedule perfectly. I am also a group fitness instructor....from bootcamps, to kickboxing, weight/circuit classes. It gives me a natural high to teach, train and coach. I love my job!!!
