I have been involved in fitness for 25 years and continue to enjoy the benefits of good health as well as a fit and strong body image. I teach 8 classes a week and continue to educate and motivate all age groups. I instruct a variety of fitness classes which include hi/lo aerobics, body sculpt/pump, stability ball and Yoga Moves. As a personal trainer, I continue to teach a Women and Weights component at the YMCA giving these women the ability to work out in a fitness room with sound knowledge on how to work with the machines/weights, proper form and technique and instill confidence as well as having fun! To keep up with the updated fitness information, I attend yearly fitness conferences and workshops. Most recently I entered a Figure competition and achieved 1st place standing...it was a truly proud moment for me! I continue to participate in Figure competitions ...focusing on getting better each time. And it's so much fun! Fitness will always be a part of my lifestyle and passing on this passion to as many people as I can is an ultimate goal for me.
