I have been teaching Group Fitness for 8 years. It is a passion of mine to help others realize all their fitness goals and share in their enthusiam, persistance and success.
I started teaching at a very low point in my life and it truly gave me what I needed to be the best person I can be as well as give the best of myself to others.
I am inspired by anyone who takes on a fitness program and makes it a focus in their life.
