Shaina Falcone

Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, I received my group fitenss instructor training at the Centre-Ville Ymca in Montreal in 2002 and have been leading group exercise classes ever since. I am certified to teach a wide variety of classes, and especially love giving clients an intense workout, like bootcamp or kickboxing. I am also a trained dancer, and like to incoprporate latin, hip hop and jazz dancing into my classes. I am currently living in nova scotia, and am a school teacher, teaching dance, English and drama at the high school level. I teach group fitness classes during the evenings at the local Ymca and through the local recreation Department. Fitness continues to be a huge part of my life and one of my stongest passions.
