I would love to teach a yoga class at your facility. I am currently teaching at Golds and Aveda. Yoga is a passion of mine. I feel that it can relax the mind and body and eliminate stress and toxins that can destroy the body. I have been teaching for the past 5 years. I am 37years old and a mother of 3. I am able to teach a variety of classes, depending on your needs. I am also certified in a body weight/ no equipment needed class.
