As a triathlete and an outdoor cycling enthusiast, I bring the outdoors inside when I coach my classes through a simulated road ride set to music that keeps the participants moving! My role overseeing a large group fitness department has allowed me to develop a broad understanding of various formats and effective teaching styles. My experience as a master instructor trainer has provided me the opportunity to continuously improve my own skills while helping other instructors take their classes to the next level. I've been involved in group fitness for 5 years and am passionate about helping people see results and reaching their fitness goals while providing a fun, motivating experience in which participants of all fitness levels are able to be engaged, challenged and successful.
