Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. From weight training almost everyday in a gym and playing competitive sports to snow skiing and snow boarding to playing beach volleyball and surfing out west to leading a variety of aerobic and core strengthening classes; it only seemed natural that I ultimately became a personal trainer. I have taught aerobic classes at different gyms over the years in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Additionally, I have been a trainer for almost ten years training out of a studio in Georgetown, making home visits, and currently training out of Fitness First and Gold’s Gym. Helping people get on the right track to living a better quality of life by improving their health through fitness training and healthful eating has been a great passion of mine, and I hope that I can continue to do so indefinitely. My clients are truly some of the most amazing people that I have ever known, and I am sure that they would be more than happy to provide testimonials on my behalf.
