Payge completed her 200-hour YogaWorks teacher training in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She has also trained with Spain's Pilates Master, Francisco Munoz.
As a professional adventure athlete and journalist, she began her intensive yoga & Pilates practices in 2006 to increase her flexibility and focus for rock climbing, canyoning and mountaineering. In return, yoga & Pilates gave her so much more, adding to her endurance, concentration and strength.
She has climbed in the Himalaya, summited the highest mountains in Africa, Japan and the continental United States, cycled through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, backpacked across Northern Spain, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and California’s 221 mile John Muir Trail. She has trekked through the deserts of Egypt and Jordan, the Amazon Rainforest and the list goes on!
She trains students from NFL athletes to Ironman competitors to house wives. She continues to study Pilates and yoga, favoring the styles of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar.
