Miranda Kent

I am a 24 year old female, with a lot of life experience for a person my age. I am very open minded and so I learn a lot day by day, especially in challenging circumstances. I enjoy meeting new people and frequently put myself in unfamiliar surroundings because I love to try new things and see new places. I am very versatile and culturally adaptable. I have a B.A degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Concordia University. I am very sensitive to the personal needs and limitations of my students, therefore I make safety a top priority. I like to give a class which is challenging, energizing, and relaxing. I like to help people to see their own potential and I believe yoga is a great practice to develop in order to live a full life and find inner strength and peace.
