Michele Kuznitz

I am a nurse for my real job. My passion and fun job is teaching fitness classes. I finally began teaching in 1985 after being asked numerous times at places I took classes to become an instructor. This job is my love. I was initially ACE certified but I let it lapse and then became AFAA certified. I taught for years in Virginia Beach, VA till moving to Florida. When we moved here, i initially taught at Lady of America, which went out of business and then Nautilus that was then sold to Gold's where I have been for years. In 2004 I became an instructor for Boca West Country Club and I love my ladies there. I have a tremendous reputation for teaching safe classes. People learn muscle groups, correct body alignment and other health tidbits that I tend to pass on at every class I teach. I am well read on fitness as well as health topics. I bring my nursing knowledge into my class as well. I look forward to having the opportunity to instruct your guests at your resorts.
