As a Personal Trainer, I specialize in Interval classes using equipment such as BOSU's, steps, bands, stability balls, Body Bars, Gliding Discs, medicine balls, dumbbells, Flex Bars, ladders, hurdles and so on. I also teach Pilates Matwork based classes and Yoga to Children, Beginner Adults and Level 1-2 Adults at my own studio and at a local Yoga studio. In 2006 I became certified as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. In that capacity I work with clients on food intake/ 'diets' and create individual workout plans. I've had several clients with over 100 pound weight loss results. I also teach exercise classes to Senior Citizens through our local Office on Aging and hospital.
