Kimberly Goodwin

I have been teaching group fitness since 1990. I am ACE certified in both group fitness and personal training. I teach at a hospital affiliated wellness center and have always received high praise from my supervisor and my clients. I teach a variety of classes and always seek to learn more and improve where I can. I am very flexible and can adapt any class to meet the needs or demands of my participants. I have also taught for Fitbodies Inc as a traveling instructor in the earlier part of 2000. Since having my son it has been a little harder to travel but now that he is 4 I feel I can leave home again for a week or two to participate in this awsome teaching experience.
