I am the general manager and head trainer of the Gold's Gym in West Des Moines IA. I have been a trainer and group fitness instructor for 7 years and before that was a master fitness instructor in the US Army. I also have three black belts in jui-jitsu. I feel that everyone can benefit and live longer from simply adding levels to their activity. Evry morning that I wake up I come closer to being 100.
