Fitness has always balanced the craziness of being in a large downtown academic teaching hospital. I work in critical care so a stress outlet is essential. Being very atheletic I decided early on to enter fitness as an instructor to mentor and teach others. Continuing education is part of the fun and I update my skills yearly
