Angie Richards

I am a single mother of four children. I graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 1986 with a degree in Medical Record Management and have been working in the medical field ever since. I have worked out all of my adult life and, six years ago, decided to change my career path to work in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is what I convey to the members of my gym and to those in my classes. I teach a variety of classes, involving both cardio and strength training. I have thought of entering fitness competitions many times and have not given up on that dream. It gives me great pleasure to help someone try and achieve their goal of of a healthier lifestyle.
