I have been instructing group exercise programs since 1994. I became a coordinator of programming and an advanced leader in 1996. Then became a Supervisor of Fitness Leaders for the BCRPA in 1997. I have conducted workshops for CEC's on the Ball, on Indoor Cycling and on different motivational topics. In 2004 I took on a Coordinator/Instructor role with Goodlife Fitness clubs and now am certified and teach Les Mills International programs. BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyFlow, BodyCombat, RPM (indoor cycle) and Goodlife's exclusive low impact class, NEWBODY. I have taught and practised yoga since 1989. I have a passion for my participants and love to work with all fitness levels and experience. I bring fun into all my classes, but work with improving technique and encouraging safe movements.
