I am a art educator and professional Yoga instructor. I have taught fitness related programs for 13 years, including aquarobics and yoga. I have been teaching people to paint for over 40 years. I am the author of The Painting Path: Embodying Spiritual Discovery Through Yoga, Brush and Color, published by SkyLight Paths Publishing. I have lead yoga retreats all over the world for over 25 years, including such locations as India, Peru and Mexico. I have been inspiring people to reach their full potential for over 40 years.
