Kathleen McCartney

Kathleen has a passion for fitness and motivating people. She has more then 11 years of experience teaching cardio, strength training, kick boxing, dance aerobics, core strength, bosu, cycle, fitness yoga and pilates. Kathleen has been involved in fitness her whole life. As a youth, she was involved in cheerleadering, swimming, gymnastics, track and field and softball. She has 20 years of dance training and 6 years of choreography experience. She has coached conditioning for youth sports (cheerleading, ski, jump rope teams) and has lead boot camps for children and adults. Kathleen loves teaching group fitness and finds the friendships and positive changes that participants experience from her fitness classes to be very rewarding.
