Karen Rockin

I have always been very physically fit and have attended hundreds of group fitness classes at different clubs throughout the world-Paris, Madrid, Lyon. I currently reside in New Jersey where I am teaching 12 classes per week at four different clubs. I am certified in Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Attack. I also present for Les mills Mid-Atlantic.
