I have been teaching group exercise classes for over 12 years. I am also the Group Exercise Director at a local health club. I teach a wide variety of classes each week. My specialites are Cardio Dance and Yoga. I also teach "Choreography Only" workshops to area instructors and "How to Teach Group Fitness Classes" for people interested in becoming an instructor. I love fitness and music and movement. It is my desire to create an inviting atmosphere where everybody can work at their own level. I also like to keep things fun and exciting with a "get this party started" energy.
