Gina Jackson’s philosophy on life and fitness training is one in the same…. “In all things, challenge yourself, focus intently and always perform whatever you do with gusto.” She states that she views her role, as a personal trainer, as the combination of “coach and motivating assistant.” This is in recognition that each of us needs support, assistance and encouragement to achieve the very best for ourselves in most aspects of our lives. As a coach, Gina provides the model, direction, tone and guidelines for an efficient and effective fitness lifestyle; as a motivating assistant, she concentrates on keeping the goal of the client in the forefront of all program design and executions to ensure the personal/individual motivation is present to move her clients toward their highest level of performance.
