I am from the Richmond, VA area. My husband is a personal trainer and fitness director as well and I have two daughters named Isabella and Mariah. I love to travel, take pictures, learn new cultures and try new things. I really enjoy the fitness industry and helping people. I enjoy the ability to be creative while watching people enjoy and see results from the workouts you give them.
