I have been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. I started trying fitness videos in high school and then got certified and began teaching classes in college. I have taught almost every format imaginable, but now teach mainly Pilates and Yoga. I have experience with step, aqua. kickboxing, low-impact, sculpting and Body Ball.
I currently teach classes in corporations and for a country club. I also have a couple of corporations I work with, providing personal training services. In addition, I teach a course at Miami University, Motor Skills and Learning.
My goal in the fitness industry is to improve my credentials a little more, by getting NASM and Board Certified as a Personal Trainer. I am also working on becoming a Teachers Trainer.
