I have been a part of the fitness industry both working and for personal benefit since i graduated highschool. knowing at a young age that i wanted to be a pert of the fire department i went on to train with the recruits and be called on to train new recruits coming to join the department. i have spent more hours in the gym than can be counted and have an enorous passion for training individuals who would like to feel better about themselves. I love training in boot camp style however alaso like to enjoy a good yoga or tai chi workout for relaxation and streching.
