I have been a fitness enthusiast most of my life and I've been involved in teaching group fitness for over 19years. I am certified in YMCA Group Exercise and trained to instruct Reebok Cycling, Les Mills Body Pump, Body Bar Bootcamp, Step, Circuit, Bosu, Walk Reebok, and Boxing.
Group fitness has been a passion of mine for many years and is a lifestyle choice for me. Your overall
