I am a lifelong athlete who has been training professionally for over twenty years in New York, New Jersey, and Florida with the use of one on one,semi private, and group sessions. I have trained clients who want to achieve results regardless of their fitness level and, together, we have reached those goals. My innovative boxing, core and functional exercise teaching can be applied to teens and adults,all while being fun ,exciting and rewarding !!
