I own a fitness franchise called Cardio-Core Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp. My location is one of the largest in the province of British Columbia Canada with the highest attendance per capita. We run a program that does not involve yelling and whistles as the image our name sometimes alludes to, but rather a welcoming environment where as trainers we compell our participants to excell to their best fitness potential with each workout. I personally teach 10 classes per week and use a combination of the terrain of the outdoors, resistance bands, small handweights, stability ball, medicine balls etc to create a full body/ cardio intense hour. We focus primarily on a strong core and fit cardio system. I look forward to bringing my program and it's uniqueness to your resort.
