I have always been a very active individual....tennis, skiing, gymnastics, dance, soccer, etc...I injured my back when I was 12 in gymnastics and have made it my mission to keep fit and keep safe. I whole heartedly believe in the "listen to your body" mentality of exercise. We push ourselves only to "our edge" never beyond. If we don't keep safe, we can't keep fit. I love what exercise has brought to my life and it is my goal to add something possitive to at least one person a day through my work with personal training and yoga. I have been teaching one-on-one as well as group settings for over 6 years and love what I do. Thank you for considering me in your program.
