Twila Paterson

I am a 27years old just married for one year and we have no kids. I have always had a great interest in fitness and travel. Within the last 7 years I have become really involved in holistic health care and have tried to be really enviromentally consious. Four years ago I voluntered in Africa for a 3 week eye clinic. That was a turning point in my life, I realized that there were alot of things in life that we take for granted. After that trip I started to volunteer in my community and would like to branch out to further places agian. I just graduated from The Universal College of Reflexology 1 month ago and would like to return to Africa and do a 1 month clinic for people who live in small villages. It is not much but it would be to someone who has nothing. Below I clicked Masseuse because there is not Reflexology box. As of last summer I have just completed my first 1/2 Mountain Marathon and have signed up for 3 triathalons in 2009. I have been in bootcamps for over a year and try to run or cycle everyday of the week. My husband and I love and appreciated the great outdoors. In the middle of 2009 I am hoping to get my teacher training of Yoga in Costa Rica by Marianne Wells.
