I have loved athletics since childhood. I became a GFI about 10 years ago because I love to help motivate others and I know what it takes to make a class fun. I started with step but then quickly added other formats such as aqua, kickboxing, and yoga. This format especailly caught my eye and I began to continue my education through Yogafit until I achieved my 200 hr RYT, including course training in Seniors and Pre-Natal specialties.
