I am a self-employed personal trainer and massage therapist. I've worked with extreme athletes, soccer moms, and even Cirque du Soleil acrobats! I specialize in therapeutic massage, combining deep tissue work and swedish strokes while personalizing each treatment to the client's needs. I enjoy personal training one-on-one or with a group of 2 or 3. I am originally from MA, and currently live in Idaho. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, and spent 9 years serving in the Air Force where I was stationed world-wide. In my spare time I enjoy reading, working out, and travelling.
