I have been teaching aerobics since 1983! (Yikes) Obviously, Its a little more than a hobby. I can actually remember when step class was "invented". I have had numerous certifications in numerous specialities (kickboxing, pilates, aqua, zumba)-but the step & sculpt class I teach is always the one participants beg for. I also have a 9 year hsitory with certification in personal training. It sure is a lot of fun to have the opportunity to do waht you love every day!
