I am an exercise enthusiast who after twenty years of running and weight training, listened to my body(its aches and pains) and began to explore the mind body practices of yoga and pilates. In 2001 I began the journey of becoming certified through The Physicalmind Institute in New York City and have been seeing private clients since that time. On the journey I have been able to use my prior Master's in Social Work expertise to help clients achieve a more holistic approach to taking responsibility for their health. I love what I do....it is a passion , not work.

 

I acurrently see 15-20 private clients a week for personalized pilates, yoga and movement. I teach duets and small groups as well. My work is individual and personal.
