I've been teaching for 28 yrs in the fitness field. It is my passion and privilage to be able to do what I love the most. From teaching at a University, local health clubs and hotel, It allows me to experience the challenge of a diverse clientel. It makes me a better instructor to always be challenged to research the latest cutting edge techniques and apply them to my clients. I alwas look forward to the next challenge!!!
