Carolyn discovered the benefits of Pilates in 2004 when she was looking for a way to build strength, flatten the lower belly and increase energy levels. "I was tired every day and discovered that the stretching and strength building exercises in the Pilates routine provided the extra burst of energy I needed during those late afternoon hours." Believing in the benefits of Pilates so much, she wanted to share them with others who were looking for an exercise program that provides more than just physical results. In 2004 she decided to become a certified Pilates Instructor with the American Fitness Professionals Association. In 2007 Carolyn decided to leave her job sitting at a desk and further pursue her Pilates education with Peak Pilates, a worldwide industry leader in Pilates education. Carolyn is certified in all Pilates appartus and mat work. Students who take Carolyn's classes can expect to feel invigorated, motivated and energized.
