Lisa Knochelmann

I have 3 children and a wonderful husband who loves to travel as much as I do. I have a bachelors degree in Accounting from Northern Ky. University. My husband and I own a plumbing, heating air conditioning business in Cincinnati where I do the accounting and marketing.   I have been teaching a variety of group ex classes for over 16 years including Step, Powerlift, Bosu, High/Low, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, and Yoga.  I'm also certified in and can often be found teaching TurboKick, PiYo, Insanity and R.I.P.P.E.D. I enjoy taking all types of group classes as much as I love teaching them!
