Roland Chicca

I began teaching group exercise classes in the evenings while employed as a police officer. Currently, I am retired and teach approximately 25 hours/week. I teach aerobics, step aerobics, interval, body pump, body sculpting, yoga, pilates, aqua, spinning and seniors (both chair and light & easy). My students range in age from young teens to the elderly. I teach in a variety of settings: gyms, senior living complexes, apartment complexes, private homes and resorts. Annually, I participate in exercise workshops to keep up with new recommendations and trends. I have participated in this travel program and found it to be interesting and fun.  Instructing exercise classes has been a very rewarding profession for me.
