Darrin Anderson

Darrin is a former clinical exercise physiologist in the cardiac rehabilitation and health enhancement program. He has been a group exercise instructor for the Beach Fitness Center and for the YMCA of Delaware for 15 years. He teaches step and sports aerobics, boot camp, kick-boxing, power hour, family fitness, yoga and floor pilates. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist.


I teach Yoga (a combination of Power and Vinyasa) once a month at the Rocky Run YMCA and Bear Glasgow Bear YMCA. I mostly teach it for athletes.
