I began my journey into the professional fitness world about five years ago and since then I have not turned back. I was always an active child, playing soccer, competing as a gymnast, and running cross country. I love being outdoors as well, from hiking to rock climbing to kayaking. I am so grateful for the health that I enjoy and my goal as an instructor/ trainer is to help other people become excited about their health and fitness, too. I love teaching. I love to see people getting excited about their health. I am grateful to be able to be a motivator to help people achieve greater health. It is a joy to be in this field!
