I have been involved in fitness for 20 years, thus I am a very active individual. I enjoy anything outdoor related ... hiking, canoeing, running, walking on the beach, dancing under the stars. My goal in instructing is to share with others the fulfillment I am discovering in the calming, restorative and physical aspects of my practice. The challenge of continually innovating and evolving my teaching style is what brings me total joy and happiness! My commitment to ongoing education, study and a deep personal pratice are reflected in my teaching skills. I believe that exercise is not just for physical results, but improves the quality of life in general ... all while having a little fun!
