I have been a student of yoga for the last six years. It did not take me long to experience the benefits of adding yoga into my personal fitness program. Yoga has been a benefit to both my body and my mind. I decided to take a Yogafit Level 1 training in order to deepen my own personal practice. During that training I realized that I needed to be able to share my love of yoga with others. The wonderful thing about Yogafit training is the aspect of having to perform community service in order to receive your certification. I was able to take my training to our local YMCA and do my service throught their facility. This experience has led me to having a class on a consisitant basis. I also conduct after-school classes for teachers at a local elementary school as well as hosting workshops and private instruction at a martial arts studio.
